• Verify that the PPT version of the installed application at the server is the same as seen while installing the application. This can be determined by executing the pptctl version command script from the PPT installation path. For the output of this command, refer the PPT Components Control Script section of the Administrative Scripts chapter of this guide.
• Verify the running status of the server side components including Postgres Server, Apache Server, PSMon Service, and Notification Server. Make sure that the status matches with what was selected while installing the PPT. The running status of these components can be verified executing the pptctl status command script from the PPT installation path on command line interface (CLI).
• Verify the version of the PPT application by clicking the About link from the top navigation bar. It should match with the one that appeared while PPT installation. Enter the following URL in the address bar of the browser in client machine to explore installed PPT:where ip_address is the IP address of the machine where PPT server is installed and port_number is the port number to which apache is listening for the client requests.
